Over more than twenty years, I have held responsibilities as CFO, COO, strategy and digital transformation leader, Managing Director and Chairman of the Board. Today, I serve as EVP & CFO at Tatmetal and sit on its Executive Committee. My approach to financial management connects strategy, operations, people and technology.
My education in management engineering and food engineering shaped how I think about interconnected processes. I look for the commercial and operational factors behind a financial result.
For me, a sound management decision needs both rigorous analysis and a practical path to execution. I work to build a shared language across teams, clarify priorities and make financial discipline part of everyday decisions.
My career spans finance, operations, strategy and general management across industrial manufacturing, logistics, retail, e-commerce, technology and services. Working in Türkiye and Germany has given me first-hand experience of different business models and management cultures.

I lead the group finance agenda across treasury, accounting, budgeting and reporting, financial control, corporate finance and risk management. I support Executive Committee and Board decisions on liquidity, working capital, profitability and investments.

In a NYSE-listed company environment, I established financial reporting standards aligned with PCAOB expectations. I led forward-looking management reporting, the SOX implementation agenda and internal control readiness.

I led finance, accounting, budgeting and reporting, international finance, purchasing and legal. I later took responsibility for strategy, business development, corporate communication, digitalisation, data analytics and technology.

I led logistics, warehousing and distribution across retail and e-commerce channels. I founded BoynerExpress and led order management systems, delivery optimisation and lean warehouse initiatives.

I directed finance, accounting, budgeting and reporting alongside business intelligence, legal, export and logistics. I supported growth, profitability, capital raising and technology infrastructure through a focus on operational discipline.

At the digital loyalty platform, I led the operational KPI project and the 2019 budget process. I also worked on working capital financing through intercompany loans.

I led restructuring, support-function centralisation and operational consolidation. I took responsibility for cash management, financing, merger and due diligence processes, and established IFRS reporting in line with group standards.
